Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide using trusted couriers like FedEx, DHL, and UPS, with tracking provided.
Estimated shipping times after dispatch:
Asia: 4-7 business days
USA, Europe, Australia: 10-20 business days
Will I need to pay customs or import fees when my order arrives?
Depending on your location and local import laws, customs fees or VAT may apply. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
What happens if my package is returned to sender/unclaimed?
Because our artisan pieces are shipped internationally from Thailand, please monitor your tracking closely. If a package is returned to us as 'Unclaimed' or 'Undeliverable,' we will hold the item for you. We will gladly ship it out a second time once a reshipping fee is purchased to cover the new postage costs.
