Because our artisan pieces are shipped internationally from Thailand, please monitor your tracking closely. If a package is returned to us as 'Unclaimed' or 'Undeliverable,' we will hold the item for you. We will gladly ship it out a second time once a reshipping fee is purchased to cover the new postage costs.
